you warrant that all of the information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, fair & complete. upon registration you must choose a password to access this site & will be required to keep this information confidential. you may not authorize others to use your account & you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to another person. if there is any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify aplaceformusic immediately. this site will not be responsible for any activity that arises out of a failure to keep your account details private.

our privacy policy outlines how we collect, store, use & disclose your information when you use this site. by using this site, you agree that aplaceformusic can use your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

by using this site, you agree to indemnify, defend & hold harmless aplaceformusic, its officers, directors, employees & agents from any & all claims, damages, obligations, liabilities, losses & expenses (including, but not limited to attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of this site, your breach of this agreement, your violation of any third party right (including without limitation any copyright, property or privacy right), any claim that your content caused damage to a third party, any additional terms, community guidelines, or any applicable laws or regulations.

aplaceformusic may not be able to match everyone who enlists the use of our services. we also make no guarantees about the number of matches we will be able to provide, or about mutual interest or compatibility between matches made on this site.

aplaceformusic will not be held responsible for any & all claims, damages, obligations, liabilities, losses & expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) that arise from disputes between members of this site or between members & any third party.

in no event will aplaceformusic & its directors or employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, general, special, consequential, lost profits, lost savings or incidental, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of this site, your inability to use this site or your breach of this agreement, including without limitation any damages resulting from communicating, meeting or working with other registered members of this site. this includes any claims, losses or damages that arise from the conduct of other members.

by signing up to use this site, you agree that any information you provide will be accurate & up to date & that you will be solely responsible for the content you post to this site & for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username or password, you agree to notify this site immediately.

by accepting this agreement, you agree to use & maintain no more than one account for which you may create multiple profiles. members may not create more than one account. mobile phone numbers are associated & stored with account information to preclude such nefarious activities. if members are found to have or are suspected of having multiple accounts, their accounts are subject to deletion & owner to banishment.

while this site may not pre-screen content, it reserves the right, but not the obligation, to moderate & remove content without prior notification at its sole discretion & to regulate the conduct of members. additionally, any names or words used in profile urls, “vanity urls,” are subject to alteration at any time – if aplaceformusic needs to use the exact sequence of characters for title pages or other site matter.

we ask that you only upload material to this site that you have the right to use. the following is a partial list of content that may not be posted or transmitted to this site.

• any content that is abusive, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, hateful, harassing or patently offensive.
• any content that discloses personal information about another person or user.
• any content that contains, or links to, sexually explicit material.
• any content that exploits minors in a violent or sexual way.
• any content that contains malware.
• any content that promotes illegal activities.
• any content that contains or promotes another person's copyrighted work or violates another's proprietary rights.
• any content that impersonates another person or user or misrepresents your affiliation with another person or entity.

you may not send chain letters, junk e-mail, spam or pyramid schemes to other members. doing so may result in the termination of your account.

you acknowledge that any material downloaded or obtained through this site is done at your own discretion & risk. this site will not be liable for any damage to your computer, system or device that results from downloading material.

you acknowledge that this site has no involvement in, or responsibility for, your communications or interactions with other individuals, members or entities, either online or in the real world & agree to indemnify & hold harmless this site & its agents from any damages that arise out of your interactions with others.

aplaceformusic reserves the right to monitor & remove content that is publicly submitted to this site at its discretion, including content that violates this agreement, in addition to reserving the right to remove content at the request of a third party. aplaceformusic accepts no liability for content that is deleted.

please be aware that aplaceformusic will have links to external websites & that when you follow these links you will be leaving this site & subject to the policies of those websites. we do not endorse any content or material on third party websites & will not be liable for external content. we will also not be responsible for any content or information that is shared with, or accessed by, those sites.

aplaceformusic owns & retains all rights to this site, which are protected by copyright & intellectual property laws. this site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, software, coding, design styles, graphics, logos & other proprietary information that may not be copied, modified, published, distributed or sold.

aplaceformusic's trademarks or trade dress may not be used, including & without limitation, for any use pertaining to advertising, online services or any similar related use, as part of domain names or email addresses or in any other manner that may cause confusion or deceive the public.

we take property rights seriously & expect our members to be respectful & comply with applicable copyright laws. if you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, is available on this site & infringes on your copyright, please notify aplaceformusic in writing. for your complaint to be valid under the digital millennium copyright act of 1998 (dmca), you will need to provide the following information:

1. an electronic or physical signature of whomever is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. identification of the copyrighted work, or works, you believe is being infringed.
3. identification of the material that you are claiming is infringing on your work & its location on the site, which can include screen shots or links for identification purposes only.

by accepting this agreement when you sign up for aplaceformusic, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to send you emails pertaining to your account, our services, or changes to this site, such as updates to this agreement or our privacy policy. you may not opt-out of these emails.

this agreement is effective unless & until it is either terminated by you or aplaceformusic. this site reserves the right to suspend or terminate this agreement at any time & without prior notice for any reason, including your failure to comply with this agreement. this site will also not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your account. you may delete your account & terminate this agreement at any time
